Shipping and Pick Up Policy

ynVISION (“we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to providing a great custom experience. This Shipping Policy outlines our practices regarding our purchase and shipping process.

1. Shipping Policy

- During checkout, choose UPS Ground

- Place your order and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with UPS tracking number

- Orders ship within 1 business day. Store Hours are Mon-Friday 10am-5pm. Orders purchased on Friday will ship out Monday.

- All shipping is free, with free return shipping.

- All products over $200 in value will require a signature

- Products purchased through ynvision.design are delivered under a destination contract. This means that ownership and risk of loss transfer to you once the carrier delivers the items to your shipping address. After delivery, ynVISION is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage.

2. Pick Up Policy

- During checkout, choose Store Pickup and select your store

- Place your order and wait to receive a "Ready for pickup" email. This email is separate from your order confirmation email.

- Local Pick Up is usually ready within 3 hours. Store Hours are Mon-Friday 10am-5pm. The latest order can be done by 1 pm for same day pick up.
- Custom will need to show ID when picking up order. Identification must match name on the order.
- A U.S government issued drivers license or passport can be used for identification purposes.

- We'll hold your items at the store for 3 days. If you don't pick up the items by then we'll cancel the order and refund your method of payment.

- There’s no charge for Store Pickup

3. Changes to Shipping and Pick Up Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Shipping Policy on our website and updating the effective date.
