Lutron Sivoia QS Roller 64 is a premium low-voltage motorized shade designed for medium-sized residential windows. Pricing is custom-quoted because every shade is manufactured according to the window dimensions, fabric, top treatment, power requirements, controls, and installation conditions.
Roller 64 can be installed with a clean metal fascia, concealed inside a recessed ceiling pocket, placed in a dual pocket with a second shade, or installed without a factory top treatment for integration into custom millwork.

Architectural Motorized Shades for Custom Homes
Roller 64 is powered by dedicated 35-volt low-voltage wiring, providing permanent power without routine battery replacement. Power can be supplied by an individual power supply, junction-box power supply, or centralized Lutron shade power panel.
The system is designed to control up to approximately 64 square feet of shade fabric. Depending on the selected fabric and shade height, a single Roller 64 shade can be manufactured between approximately 17.5 and 144 inches wide.
Because Roller 64 requires precisely positioned low-voltage wiring, the system should be planned before drywall, shade pockets, trim, or finished ceilings are completed.
Multiple Architectural Installation Options
Lutron Roller 64 can be configured to complement both modern and traditional interiors.
Metal Fascia - A 3.5-inch or 4-inch metal fascia conceals the roller, brackets, and motor behind a clean architectural cover. Fascia is a practical option for renovations where a recessed ceiling pocket is not available.
Recessed Ceiling Pocket - A recessed pocket conceals the roller assembly above the finished ceiling. When the shade is fully raised, the system nearly disappears from the room.
Dual Shade Pocket - A dual pocket accommodates two independently controlled shades at one window. A common configuration combines a sheer solar shade for daytime glare control with a blackout shade for nighttime privacy and room darkening.
No Top Treatment - The exposed shade assembly can be installed behind custom millwork, a site-built valance, or another architectural treatment.
Intelligent Motorized-Shade Control
Roller 64 combines precise shade movement with professional Lutron control.
Keypad and Remote Control - Raise, lower, or stop the shades from a Lutron keypad or Pico remote. Multiple shades can be assigned to one button for convenient room-wide or whole-home control.
App and Automated Scheduling - When connected to a compatible Lutron system, Roller 64 shades can be controlled through the Lutron app and programmed to adjust according to time of day, sunrise, sunset, or personalized schedules.
Lighting and Shade Scenes - Combine the shades with your lighting to create scenes such as Good Morning, Entertain, Movie, Privacy, and Away. One button can lower the shades and adjust the lights to the desired levels.

Ultra-Quiet Movement - Roller 64 operates at less than approximately 35 dBA when measured from three feet away. This makes it suitable for bedrooms, living rooms, offices, and other quiet spaces.

Intelligent Hembar Alignment - Lutron’s Intelligent Hembar Alignment technology maintains the bottom-bar position within approximately one-eighth of an inch across adjacent shades. This creates a more uniform appearance when several shades are installed next to one another.

Extensive Fabric Selection - Roller 64 is offered with more than 500 designer fabrics, including sheer, privacy, decorative, and blackout materials. Final fabric availability and maximum shade dimensions depend on the selected material.

Roller 64 allows homeowners to manage daylight without sacrificing the clean design of a custom interior.

Preserve the View - Sheer solar fabrics reduce glare and solar heat while maintaining a connection to the exterior. Different openness factors determine how much light and exterior visibility pass through the material.

Increase Privacy - Privacy fabrics diffuse incoming sunlight and limit visibility through the shade. Blackout fabric prevents light from passing through the material and is commonly selected for bedrooms and media spaces.

Create Stronger Room Darkening - For projects requiring stronger light control, a blackout shade can be installed with side channels and a sill treatment to address light entering around the fabric edges.

Integrate with Lutron Controls - System compatibility depends on the communication configuration selected for the shade. RadioRA 3 and Caséta PRO installations use an appropriate QS wireless shade configuration, while HomeWorks can support the appropriate QS wired or QS wireless configuration. ynVISION specifies the correct power and communication components for each project.
