Lutron Alisse HomeWorks Keypads in New Jersey
Lutron Alisse keypads combine traditional metal craftsmanship with modern whole home control. Each keypad uses distinctive circular buttons, custom engraving, and illuminated halos to provide an intuitive way to operate lighting, motorized shades, draperies, and personalized HomeWorks scenes.
Available in square and rectangular forms, Alisse is designed for luxury interiors where the wall control should complement the architecture rather than appear like an ordinary light switch. ynVISION designs and programs Alisse keypad systems for homes throughout Short Hills, Summit, Livingston, Montclair, and surrounding Northern New Jersey communities.
Key Features of Lutron Alisse Keypads
Hand-Finished Materials and Halo Illumination
Alisse begins with solid brass construction and is offered in Lutron Signature Metal and architectural matte finishes. Signature Metal versions receive hand applied finishing and protective treatments intended to reduce visible fingerprints while allowing subtle material variation and natural character.
A ring of light surrounds each button to provide status feedback. Lutron pairs warmer halo tones with brass and bronze finishes and cooler illumination with chrome and nickel finishes, allowing the light to complement the keypad material instead of overpowering it.

Square and Rectangular Alisse Keypad Designs
The square Alisse keypad comes in single or double column layouts. A single column holds one to three buttons; a two column square can hold up to six.
The rectangular version uses three columns and holds anywhere from three to nine buttons, which makes it a good fit for rooms that need a longer list of lighting scenes, shade commands, and whole-room functions on one control.
Both formats mount to a QS base unit. The front keypad piece can go in later in construction, so the wiring can be tested first and the finished keypad stays out of the dust until the room is ready.

Personalized HomeWorks Control
Lighting and Scene Control
One button can move several lighting circuits to their own programmed levels. You can build scenes for things like Welcome, Cooking, Dining, Entertain, Movie, Relax, and Good Night.
Motorized Shade and Drapery Control
Alisse buttons can also run compatible Lutron shades, blinds, and draperies. A button might open or close a treatment, recall a preset position, or move several window treatments together with the room's lighting.
Custom Text and Icon Engraving
Every front unit can be engraved with text, icons, or both, so a homeowner can glance at a label instead of memorizing what each button does.

Built for Native HomeWorks Integration

-
Low-Voltage QS Wiring: Alisse runs on power and communication over the Lutron QS link instead of switching line voltage directly.
-
HomeWorks Compatibility: It's built for HomeWorks and other listed Lutron systems, with no third-party keypad interface required.
-
Flexible Button Counts: Square versions hold up to six buttons; rectangular versions hold up to nine.
-
Status Feedback: The button halos show what's active or programmed.
-
Custom Engraving: Text and icons can be worked out for each project and etched permanently.
-
Construction Protection: A temporary cover on the base unit lets wiring and testing happen before the finished keypad goes in.
-
Backbox Planning: Typical square Alisse installations use a roughly 3-inch by 3-inch backbox at least 1.4 inches deep; exact requirements depend on the keypad form and mounting method.
-
Indoor Installation: Alisse is a professionally installed, low-voltage indoor control.
Professional Alisse Design and Programming
Alisse takes more planning than picking out a switch. Before ordering, the project needs a decision on keypad form, column arrangement, button count, finish, engraving, wallbox, QS wiring, and what each button will do.
ynVISION builds room-by-room keypad schedules, helps pick the finish and form, coordinates the low-voltage wiring, programs the HomeWorks scenes, and arranges the final engraving. We work with homeowners, architects, interior designers, builders, and electricians throughout Northern New Jersey out of our Towaco showroom.
