Item is Brand New.  The picture I have posted of the BeoPlay A9 is a picture of an open box one I have just so you can get an idea of the colorway.  However, the one you are getting is brand new in box, never opened.
 
The BeoPlay A9 MK2 has bluetooth, airplay 2, spotify connect and beolink multi-room capability.  Great thing about the MK2 is that it still has spotify connect.
